Claire Leal is the creator and founder of Tappy Toes and Leal School of Dance.  She has been dancing since the age of 3 and has been performing professionally since 1998. Claire trained at Laine Theatre Arts, one of the top musical theatre colleges in London, and has performed around the world since achieving her Professional status. Her dance credits include Destiny`s Child, Geri Haliwell, KT Tunstall and Catherine Jenkins to name a few. She has also performed on ToTP`s, MTV, London Paladium, Royal Albert Hall and countless other high profile venues around the globe.

Claire`s ambition has always been to have her own Dance Shool, and finally after 10 years of teaching experience at other schools she launched her own. Her belief is that Dance should be fun, and that learning to dance is much easier when you are enjoying it. This has been the focus of the school, to offer high quality professional training in a fun and positive environment. This means that whether a student wants to learn to dance as a hobby, or whether they are training for a career in Dance; Leal school of Dance is the perfect place.

The school is constantly evolving but the principals that make it a success will never change. Students at the school are encouraged to enjoy themselves, but are also taught to respect each other and be disciplined in their approach to learning.
